The concept of a purpose built outdoor Adventure Playground & Indoor facility where children with disabilities can enjoy themselves while their carers have a break was the initiative of a group of parents who have disabled children.

These parents who have become trustees of PARC have worked hard to establish a facility that provides a range of services for children with special needs and their families.
